The Captain Sisto variety belongs to the Captain series and is characterized by a compact habit 30–40 cm in height. The plant's leaves have a dark green color and lack patterns; their length is 20–25 cm, and their width is 5–7.5 cm.

The inflorescence consists of a spadix and a spathe of white color with code NN155B. The flower size is 5.5–6 cm in diameter and 6.5–7.5 cm in length. The variety is intended primarily for container cultivation and use as a border plant.
