Variety description

The plant forms upright flower stalks and a rosette of dark green leaves, often with speckling. The color of the funnel-shaped inflorescences varies from deep orange to reddish-bronze or velvety red-violet.

Flowering occurs in late spring and summer, with a duration of 6–8 weeks. The variety is sensitive to freezing temperatures and requires good soil drainage to protect tubers from rotting.
