The flowers (spathes) have a classic goblet shape. Their coloration varies from deep crimson to burgundy-violet, sometimes with a gradient of orange-yellow tones. The foliage is dark green, dense and leathery, often decorated with light spots. The plant height is 40 to 80 cm.

The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field, containers and for use as cut flowers. The flowering period occurs in June–September. The plant is thermophilic; in regions with frost, it requires digging up tubers for the winter. Well-drained soil is necessary to prevent tuber rot.
