The variety belongs to a generation of early hybrids introduced in France in the 1950s. During its period of active use in 1959, it occupied about 10% of the maize acreage in France.
This hybrid possessed high adaptability to the European agro-climatic conditions of that time. To date, detailed morphological characteristics of the plant are not provided in open publications due to the historical status of the variety.
