The hybrid is a double-cross form with yellow grain of the flint-dent type. During trials in 1969–1971, the variety showed high resistance to lodging.
The plant is short: stem height ranges from 136 to 160 cm, with the ear attached at a height of about 50 cm. Compared to traditional local varieties, the hybrid is distinguished by earlier maturity and higher requirements for agricultural practices, including fertilization and the application of herbicides.
