To ensure a continuous supply of fresh produce, farms establish a varietal conveyor that spans the entire ripening period, from early to late-maturing cultivars.

Quality assessment for table grapes is based on formalized ampelographic standards that take into account point-based indicators of appearance, taste, and aroma. This classification is fundamental to the crop, as the division into table and processing use predetermines the biological structure of the berry and specific agrotechnical requirements.
