Zantedeschia height is measured at the full flowering stage from the soil surface to the tip of the highest inflorescence or leaf. Cultivar height varies from low-growing forms up to 50 cm, used as pot plants, to tall representatives, primarily descendants of Zantedeschia aethiopica, reaching 1.5 m. Excessive height combined with a weak root system or improper planting depth can lead to lodging.

This trait directly determines cultivation techniques: tall varieties require increased spacing to prevent shading, while plants with strong, long peduncles are preferred for cut flower production. In pot plant production, compactness is the primary selection criterion.
