Growing Zantedeschia in pots is based on managing the tuber life cycle, strict substrate moisture control, and the application of growth regulators to obtain compact, marketable plants.

The production technology is divided into working with rhizomatous species and tuberous forms, the latter of which require a dormant period. To achieve high ornamental value, 3–4 small tubers of 2–2.5 cm size are planted per pot, having been pre-warmed at 20–25°C and treated with growth stimulants to increase the number of flower stalks.
The most important aspect of cultivation is maintaining a soil temperature no higher than 23°C and using well-drained, sterile substrates with a pH of 6.0–6.5. Strict moisture control is essential to prevent bacterial soft rot caused by Erwinia and to avoid leaf "glassiness," which occurs when the transpiration balance is disrupted.
