Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a vigorous, deciduous, woody vine reaching 6–10 meters in height, requiring support. Leaves are large, dark green, and ovate. Flowering occurs in May–June with creamy white flowers.

Fruits are oval, slightly flattened, with brown fuzzy skin and juicy light green flesh. Fruit weight is 90–145 g. It is a late-maturing cultivar; fruits ripen in late October–November and are suitable for storage for up to 6 months.

The cultivar is a dioecious female plant that requires the presence of a male pollinator for fruiting. The plant prefers sunny, wind-protected locations with fertile, well-drained soils. Winter hardiness is limited, withstanding down to -12...-15 °C; young shoots are sensitive to spring frosts.
