This clump-forming plant has strap-shaped green leaves. From early to mid-summer, it forms sturdy upright flower stalks with rounded umbellate inflorescences consisting of tubular flowers.

The variety is classified as a semi-hardy plant requiring protection from severe frosts. Suitable for use in ornamental gardening and for cut flower arrangements.
