Variety description

The plant forms a neat, dense bush with dark green linear leaves. The height of the bush is 70–120 cm, the width is about 50–60 cm. The deciduous type of foliage provides the variety with better winter hardiness compared to evergreen species.
The peduncles have a characteristic dark graphite color. The inflorescences are umbellate, blue in color, and the petals often have a white stripe in the center. Flowering occurs in the period from June to August, sometimes extending until September.
The variety withstands temperature drops down to -10°C...-15°C (USDA zone 8a). It prefers sunny locations with protection from wind and well-drained soils. In regions with a harsh climate, container cultivation with shelter indoors during the winter period is recommended.
