Variety description

The plant is a dense, upright shrub with a height of 40 to 90 cm. The leaves are ovate or lanceolate with a serrated margin, have a gray-green or bright green color, and emit a mint or licorice aroma when crushed.
The inflorescences are in the form of upright candle-shaped spikes of a warm orange-peach shade. The flowering period lasts from early or mid-summer to autumn; deadheading encourages repeat flowering.
The variety is drought-tolerant once established and requires well-drained soils, as water stagnation is detrimental to the root system. Used in borders, flower beds, and container gardening, and is suitable for cutting.
