Variety description

The plant forms a dense bushy habit with fragrant bright green foliage possessing a minty scent. The inflorescences are large dense spikes consisting of a large number of red-purple flowers.
The variety prefers sunny locations with well-drained soils, while being sensitive to waterlogging, especially during the winter period. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 6–9. Used in landscape design for creating borders, group plantings, and container cultivation, attracting pollinators.
