Variety description

The variety forms silvery-white, firm bulbs of semi-round or flattened-elliptical shape with a diameter of 7 to 15 cm. The plant has an upright habit with dark green foliage, reaching a height of 40 cm. The variety shows good resistance to bolting.

The bulbs have a mild, aromatic taste. The variety is versatile in use, suitable for fresh consumption, preparing confit, and preservation; however, the shelf life is limited to 2–3 months. Traditionally used for growing for bunching production.
