The variety «De Paris», also known as «Blanc Hâtif de Paris», «Silverskin de Paris» or «Blanc de Paris», is an heirloom French variety. It belongs to the «public domain» category, which allows for its free cultivation and propagation.
Bulbs have white scales and are most often round or slightly flattened, of the «cipollini» type. The variety belongs to the early or very early category and can be used for harvesting as green onions before the formation of a large bulb.
