The variety is extra-early; the period from sowing to harvest is about two months. The plant reaches a height of 30–40 cm. It forms small round pearl-white bulbs; the variety is often classified as a pearl onion type.
The bulbs are intended for fresh consumption and are ideally suited for pickling. The variety is sensitive to frost, so cultivation in protected ground is recommended in cold regions. It is suitable for production during the winter-spring period in regions with a mild climate.
