The bulbs have a flat shape and significant mass, ranging from 400 grams to more than 1 kg. The outer scales are straw-golden in color, and the inner part of the bulb has an ivory shade.
The plant has a sweet taste and is suitable for long-term storage in dry and dark conditions. Agrotechnics include sowing in a seedbed in mid-August, transplanting into the ground after 60 days, and harvesting in July.
