The variety is mid-late, with the period from emergence to harvest being about 110 days. It is a long-day plant requiring 14–16 hours of light for bulb formation. Bulb weight varies from 120–150 g to 400 g, with a round or slightly pyramidal shape.
Outer scales are straw-colored, inner scales are white. The flesh is dense and juicy, with a dry matter content of 12% or more. The taste is pronounced and pungent.
The variety possesses plasticity to soil and climatic conditions and increased disease resistance, although infection by the fungus Stemphylium vesicarium is possible. It is distinguished by excellent keeping quality during storage until winter.
