The variety is late-maturing and reaches a height of up to 80 cm. When using the transplanting method, plants grow larger than when seeds are sown directly into the soil.
The plant forms a thickened white part. The length of the blanched pseudo-stem is 17–19 cm using the transplanting method and 8–10 cm using the direct seeding method. The variety is characterized by high yield.
For cultivation, sowing for seedlings is recommended in March with subsequent transplanting into the soil at the age of 50–60 days, although direct sowing in April-May is also permissible. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and freezing.
