The plant forms long, thin, and uniform stems, with the blanched portion reaching 30 cm in length and a total height ranging from 40 to 75 cm. The leaves are medium-green in color.
The variety has a mild, sweetish taste without pronounced pungency. Plants withstand short-term temperature drops to –7 °C, but are not winter-hardy and are not adapted for overwintering in the soil.
The variety is suitable for cultivation as baby leeks, as well as in small garden beds and containers. Fertile soil and regular hilling are required to obtain high-quality blanched portions.
