The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm. It is characterized by high winter hardiness, withstanding temperature drops down to -15°C and lower, as well as the ability to adapt to various types of soil.

The variety is intended for cultivation in vegetable gardens. The plant forms a long white part (pseudo-stem), the base of the leaves also has a white color.
