The variety is bolting and reaches a height of 50–60 cm. Each bulb forms from 12 to 15 easy-to-peel cloves. The bulbs have a characteristic red-white striped color, and the skin of the cloves themselves is expressed in red shades.

The plant is suitable for autumn and spring planting. The variety was obtained by the method of clonal selection and meristem culture based on Italian red garlic, which ensures the purity of the planting material. In addition to bulbs, it is suitable for harvesting young flower stalks and early harvesting of green garlic.
