The variety is the result of radiation mutagenesis of the hybrid line K-433. The plant is characterized by increased production potential and a consistently high seed mass, with a size exceeding that of commercial analogs.
The seeds of the variety are distinguished by a high folate content. The technological properties of the starch have been altered while maintaining an unchanged amylose level. The crop is adapted to low-input cultivation in European conditions and is resistant to drought, soil salinity, and high temperatures.
