Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is mid-late; the period from transplanting to harvest is 120–140 days. The root crops have a rounded shape and a marketable weight of 300–400 g.

The flesh of the fruit is firm, snow-white, retains its color during processing, and is distinguished by a spicy taste and characteristic aroma. The variety is universal in use, suitable for fresh consumption, culinary purposes, and winter storage.

The crop is cold-resistant, withstands short-term frosts down to -4...-5 °C, and is very demanding regarding moisture levels.
