The variety forms a vigorous leaf rosette 40–60 cm tall. The root vegetables are round or turnip-shaped, with flesh colored white or creamy white. Due to the developed beard of lateral roots, the process of cleaning the root vegetables can be difficult.
The plant belongs to mid-early varieties resistant to bolting. It has a universal purpose and high keeping quality during storage. The variety is a classic European standard used in cooking in fresh, dried, canned, or thermally processed form.
