The plant forms an upright rosette consisting of 20–22 leaves. Root vegetables have a round or oval shape, are uniform and large in size. The skin is cream-white, the surface is smooth, with a small root tuft and no pronounced "beard" of lateral roots.
The flesh of the root is white, tender and succulent, and has a characteristic celery aroma with a nutty hint. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and storage. Requires transplanting seedlings to ensure full development of the root vegetable.
