The plant belongs to dwarf or compact forms, reaching a height of 25 to 55 cm. The habit is upright, with foliage having a yellowish-green shade. Broad and dense petioles acquire an ivory or golden-yellow color upon ripening, which requires minimal effort for blanching.

The growing season is 85 to 115 days. The petioles are characterized by the absence of hollows, a crisp texture, and a distinct nutty flavor. The variety is resistant to cracking and adapted to cool growing conditions.
