The ripening period of the plant is from 80 to 100 days after transplanting. The height of the mature plant varies from 55 to 70 cm. The stalks reach 5 cm in diameter, are tightly clustered in the rosette, and are distinguished by a tender texture.

The plant exhibits resistance to certain fungal diseases and bolting. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for soups, stewing, preservation, and freezing. Hilling is recommended to obtain lighter and sweeter stalks.
