The plant reaches a height of 35 to 70 cm, forming wide and smooth stalks. The variety has a delicate taste and aroma and is suitable for consumption fresh, boiled, and stewed.

The variety name indicates the self-blanching property, thanks to which the stalks acquire a light color naturally. The celery is intended for cultivation in open field and greenhouses.
