The plant forms a compact bush 35–40 cm high. The period from germination to technical maturity is 120–130 days; under certain conditions, the vegetation period can last up to 160 days. The variety is an open-pollinated variety.

The root vegetables have a round shape, light gray skin, and white juicy flesh without voids. The weight of a marketable root vegetable averages 250 g, reaching 500 g or more with proper care. The variety possesses cold resistance, resistance to rust and high keeping quality, remaining stored for up to 8 months.

The produce is versatile in use: the root vegetables are suitable for fresh consumption, dried or heat-treated, as well as for canning and pickling.
