Plants of the Dorato Barbier variety reach a height of about 65 cm. The leaves are colored in shades from yellow-green to green. Rosettes are characterized by a dense structure, with insignificant formation of lateral shoots.

The stalks have a medium width and are suitable for food consumption. The variety shows satisfactory results during spring cultivation, provided that harvest dates are observed.
