Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is early-maturing, with a growth cycle of 90–100 days from emergence. The plant forms a vigorous erect leaf rosette 25 to 60 cm in height. The average mass of one rosette is 1–1.5 kg.

The stalks are fleshy, dense, with slight longitudinal ribs and a golden-yellow color. The variety possesses a delicate taste, minimal fibrousness, and a distinct aroma. It has the ability to self-blanch the stalks during the growth process.

The plant is undemanding and possesses good resistance to bolting, and also tolerates cold better than many varieties. It belongs to the category of heirloom varieties. Used fresh, for the preparation of soups, salads, and vegetable mixes.
