Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 50 to 100 cm and forms a compact rosette. The petioles have a semi-circular gutter shape, are characterized by the absence of stringiness, and possess a spicy aroma. The plant's leaves are green and dissected in shape.

The variety possesses a natural self-blanching ability, which can be enhanced by hilling or tying the leaves 10–20 days before harvest. The crop is sensitive to drought and requires fertile soils and regular watering. Sowing dates fall in the period from February to April, and harvesting occurs from August to December.
