The plant has a rather spreading form. A characteristic feature of the variety is the silvery-white shade of the leaves, which appears at the beginning of the growing season and later spreads to the entire central part of the rosette. The plant's stalks have a natural white color.

The variety belongs to the early category, but is sensitive to frost. Therefore, it is recommended to grow it for autumn consumption. Although the variety is valued for its ease of bleaching, additional etiolation is traditionally used to achieve maximum stalk tenderness.
