The variety forms a lush leaf rosette with a highly developed fibrous root system. The height of a mature plant is 40–50 cm. The stalks have a fleshy structure, green color, and are characterized by a delicate taste.

The vegetation period lasts about 80 days. The variety does not require a blanching procedure to improve its taste qualities. The plant is capable of withstanding short-term frosts down to -6°C at a young age.

The produce is intended for fresh consumption, dietary nutrition, and use in the pharmaceutical industry. The stalks are suitable for storage in refrigeration chambers.
