The variety belongs to the Valencia type and is part of a group of Bulgarian varieties known as Sadovski peanuts. Its yield and morphological indicators depend significantly on the level of nitrogen nutrition and irrigation regime, with the variety demonstrating high transpiration efficiency during biomass accumulation.

During the mechanized harvesting of the Tsvetelina variety, the level of total pod loss is about 9.7%. The variety was studied within the framework of programs for creating early-maturing and high-yielding varieties suitable for modern cultivation technologies.
