The variety is an all-male hybrid, which prevents self-seeding and increases productivity. The hybrid belongs to the mid-early maturity group and is intended for the production of marketable green asparagus spears in demand on export markets.

Plants are characterized by good vigor and plasticity. The vertical orientation of the vegetative mass contributes to better aeration, which is a measure for the prevention of fungal diseases. In scientific research, the variety is often used as a reference sample due to the stability of its morphological traits.

The produce of the variety is characterized by high spear quality, including tightly closed heads and good taste properties. The chemical composition of the spears shows an increased content of polyphenols and flavonoids.
