The root crop has a cylindrical shape and protrudes above the soil surface almost entirely, which significantly facilitates the harvesting process. The variety is characterized as very early and is easily pulled from the ground.
The plant is considered undemanding to soil quality, however, it demonstrates high yield indicators when grown on rich soils. The variety is widely known in European agriculture under the synonym Jaune d'Eckendorf.
