Root crops are round or slightly elongated in shape. The skin and flesh are pure white, fine-grained in texture, tender and sweet. The plant forms a rosette of light green leaves about 40 cm long, which are edible.
The absence of betanin prevents staining of hands and other products during processing. The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field, greenhouses and containers, and is suitable for winter storage. It is used in cooking raw, boiled or baked.
