The flesh is tender, juicy, sweet, without tough fibers or white veins. The yield is 4.3–4.8 kg per square meter. The variety is relatively heat tolerant, resistant to diseases and pests, and suitable for winter storage.
The variety has a universal purpose: it is used for preparing borscht, salads, juices, and canning.
