The vegetation period of the variety is from 60 to 90 days. The root crops have a round or flat-round shape and smooth dark burgundy skin. The plant is of medium size with semi-erect tops, which are also edible.
The flesh is characterized by a uniform structure without coarse fibers and possesses a delicate and sweet taste. During heat treatment, the characteristic pattern of the rings may fade. The variety is not prone to early bolting, possesses resistance to diseases and good transportability.
