Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety forms a rosette of green leaves with wide yellow petioles, which retain their color during heat treatment. Plant height varies from 30 to 60 cm. Readiness for harvest occurs approximately 70 days after sowing, while young leaves can be harvested earlier as greens for salads.

The leaves have a delicate taste without bitterness, and the juicy petioles are used in cooking similarly to asparagus. The plant is suitable for open field cultivation and is capable of tolerating light frosts. There are both open-pollinated and hybrid (F1) versions of the variety, which may affect plant characteristics.
