The variety forms a spreading rosette 40–50 cm in height. The dark green leaves have a wrinkled or slightly blistered surface. The length of the succulent white or light green petioles is 20–40 cm.

The vegetation period from emergence to technical maturity lasts from 55 to 100 days. The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field using seedling and direct-seeding methods; it is used for both personal and industrial cultivation.
