The variety belongs to the group of leaf beets. The produce is characterized by very wide, up to 15 cm in width, fleshy petioles of a white-silvery color, which are distinguished by a delicate taste. The leaf blade has a dark green color and a blistered texture.

The plant possesses high productivity and is suitable for cultivation throughout the year, with the most favorable period being spring-summer. The variety is traditionally used in vegetable farming: the petioles are consumed as a standalone dish, and the leaves are prepared like spinach.
