Variety description

The plant has dark green glossy leaves with a distinct puckered structure, resembling Savoy cabbage. The white petioles are adorned with bright pink stripes running from the base to the top of the leaf. The height of mature plants is from 40 to 55 cm.

The variety is characterized by high bolting resistance and the ability to regrow after leaf harvesting. When used for baby leaf harvesting, it is ready for harvest 30–35 days after sowing.
