A sugar beet variety of Czech origin, known from mentions in international plant catalogs of the mid-20th century.
In the 1960s and 1970s, the variety was regularly used as an object in scientific research dedicated to the study of physiological, genetic, and agrotechnical characteristics of the crop. In particular, it was used for the analysis of morphological traits, plant response to fertilization, and the impact of viral diseases, such as beet mosaic.
