The variety is widely known in the scientific community as a type of sugar beet. It is frequently used in phytopathological and biochemical studies, including the investigation of plant interactions with viruses, such as beet mosaic virus and tobacco mosaic virus, as well as in the analysis of gene expression mechanisms.

In literature, the variety is referred to as a breeding form of significance for research purposes, including the study of spontaneous anthocyanin mutants. Data on agronomic traits, such as maturity group or quality indicators for agricultural production, are absent.
