The variety belongs to multigerm polyploid hybrids and was intended for use in the sugar industry. In studies of the 1970s–80s, it was considered an object for evaluating yield and technological quality of raw materials.
In comparative trials of that period, the variety was inferior to later specialized monogerm hybrids in terms of yield and sugar content. The reproduction of the variety was completed in 1986; currently, it is obsolete and is not included in modern registers of breeding achievements.
