Root crops of the variety are medium-sized. The upper part (neck) is colored green or slightly purple, and the general coloring of the fruit is characterized by marbling, resembling a pineapple.

The consistency of the root crop is mealy and crunchy. The taste is assessed as mild, with distinct shades of mustard, horseradish, and cabbage notes. The variety is intended for raw or cooked consumption, in particular for vegetable purees.

In scientific studies related to breeding methods and embryo production from microspores, the variety demonstrated low responsiveness under laboratory conditions compared to a number of other varieties.
