The root crop has a uniform shape, intense yellow flesh color, and a green top. The variety is characterized by high yield and excellent taste qualities.

Sowing is recommended in April, May, or June; harvesting is carried out in the period from September to December. The plant is capable of withstanding light frosts and stores well for a long time.

The variety is intended for universal culinary use, including the preparation of stews and purées. In some cases, it is found under the trade name «Kostar».
